  19. I'm afraid that it is too easy to doctor photographs now to
  20. make a photo very interesting.  Computers can generate completely
  21. undetectable fake photographs.  Undocumented photos are now just 
  22. the same as unauthenticated documents--not worth the paper they 
  23. are printed on.

  25. I wouldn't accept a photograph as evidence of anything at all unless 
  26. there was a very clear chain of evidence to show where it came from and
  27. how it was handled.
