- was from the book _Stretching Turbo Pascal : Version 5.5_ by Ken Porter
- and Mike Floyd.

- So while I have code, I can't say I understand the process. Also,
- STP:v55 mentions looking at a book by Wilton but never gives a
- reference (I think Porter died, leaving an unfinished manuscript).
