  23. 1.  Have your child's school establish a "School Call Back Program".  If your
  24. child does not arrive at school on time, the school should call to find
  25. the reason for absence.

  27. 2.  NEVER ASSUME that your child will not be abducted, abused or exploited.

  32. 1.  I know that if I get lost in a store or shopping mall, I will go to
  33. a cashier or security person.  I know never to go alone to movie theaters,
  34. arcade game stores, public restrooms, parks, swimming pools or 
  35. school yards (after school hours).

  37. 2.  I know that running away from home is no fun.  When I am having
  38. problems, I know that I can talk to my family or a trusted adult.

  41. 3.  If a stranger is following me, instead of hiding in bushes or behind
  42. a building, I know to go to a place where there are people and ask for
  43. help.

  45. 4.  I know to keep at least two arm lengths away from a stranger
  46. when walking.
