  20. It is a common error for men to assume that affliction is proof of
  21. God's judgement.  This is refuted by many experiences recorded in
  22. scripture, including Job, Jeremiah, and others.  These men were
  23. friends of God, and therefore those who hated God and His ways
  24. attacked them.  Their affliction was not an indication of failure,
  25. but of righteousness.  In this world people who do what is right are
  26. often made to suffer grieveously for their determination to serve
  27. God.  It is not God who makes them suffer, but His enemies.

  29. In addition to this, many times bad things happen to people as a
  30. result of the curse that is upon the whole earth.  As Yeshua said
  31. when the people wanted to know why a tower fell and killed some men
  32. in another town, "Unless you repent you shall all likewise perish."
  33.  
  34. To perish is the common destiny of every human being, unless God
  35. explicitely intervenes to prevent it.  Therefore when people perish
  36. at the hands of cruel and sadistic men, this is not out of character
  37. with the world that we live in, or the kind of people that we have
  38. become since we rebelled against God and sided with His enemy, Satan.

  40. That is why we urge men everywhere to become reconciled to God
  41. through God's only intermediary with men, Yeshua HaMashiach, who has
  42. made the way of escape through the torn curtain of his own body.  God
  43. demonstrated that Yeshua was the approved One when God raised him
  44. from the dead.

  46. Everyone who avoids The Door, who is Yeshua, will remain remain in
  47. this dark place of judgement, and will perish.  I urge you to enter
  48. into the place of shelter through The Door and receive God's mercy,
  49. instead of remaining under the cloud of His anger.  For God has
  50. appointed a Day when the whole world will be judged by the man He has
  51. annointed and given the Name above every other name.  In that Day,
  52. everyone who is approved by Yeshua will enter into honor in the
  53. presense of the Lord.

  55. Yeshua said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life.  No one comes to
  56. the Father except by me."  Today is the day of God's favor; today is
  57. the day of salvation.  Put your trust in Him today while it is still
  58. the day of mercy.  In the day of wrath it will be too late.
