- their behavior is to complain, loudly, with logfiles, to the people
- who gave them op, to the people who give them links, and to the people
- who control their machines.

- In this case it's a matter of "flooding" the network; this is a
- concept that any system administrator, whether or not they know
- anything about IRC, should see as an abuse and should be willing to
- address. The equivalent actions on Usenet or in email would quickly
- bring an official response; you should be able to push that point and
- get some action.
