That is why there is a file called "doc/INSTALL" and various other files
in the doc directory. They're not there to look pretty and give good
impressions. People who dont read files called README or other obvious
names like INSTALL are asking for trouble.
I'm not sure how ircii goes, but I've got the server to a point where 1
#define for ultrix/aix/dynix/sunos/irix gets a clean compile run.
