  21. Well, #TZ is a good place to get information, they are not always
  22. speaking, but sometimes they do. You may have to be VERY patient.

  24. Other places is #NA-Ops, #oz-ops and #EU-Opers.

  26. I can only speak for #EU-Opers (which is also where lot of the EBIC
  27. mebers are), they are mostly friendly if you do not behave like a 
  28. completely dork :-). They speak (after a while), but it may take some
  29. time 'cuz most of them are at work. When they do speak they talk about
  30. Beer, Food (mainly lunch), Princesses and Routing (not necesarly in that
  31. order). You may ask them questions (mostly about IRC, but other are 
  32. welcome) and they will answer you. Just be a little patient.
