  23. There are ppl who discovered IRC a week ago CRY IN CAPS and tell damn
  24. bullshit as if they know what they are talking about!

  26. And they all cry "IRC is an anarchy", "IRC is only for FUN", "IRC has no
  27. rules".

  30. There are a lot of Admins (mostly in Europe), who DON'T /kill for fun,
  31. who have set up rules, who do not abuse their "powers" and who have
  32. IRC users that do not (and have not to) complain about their Ops and Admins!

  34. And there is a small amount of users that don't use IRC for FUN and
  35. chatting, but for information exchange, consulting and coordination!
  36. But this may be beyond the imaginary powers of some of you!

  38. Maybe this is all, cause the biggest contingent of IRC Servers are in the US.
  39. And most of them are only set up for EGO reasons and we could shut down
  40. 80% of them and remove 95% of the Ops there!
  41. And maybe it's because most of them think US is the best and US rules the
  42. world and they do not recognize that there are other, which find their
  43. behaviour boring (in the best case) or annoying (in the standard case)!
  44. But maybe it's only because most of them are a little insane and have
  45. psychic problems!

  50. This is an international newgroup, spread all over the world, not one
  51. distributed only in US and at least I have sometimes problems understanding
  52. all the slang bubbling! I really hope that doesn't mean the authors can't
  53. speak/write better english.
