  10. I am a very new user of the network and I am very interesting on it.
  11. I have once heard about irc and people tell me that is a server for 'talk'.
  12. However, after reading the newsgroup alt.irc, I have an opion that irc should
  13. be much more than just 'talk'.  Can anyone tell me what actually irc is and
  14. how can I access to irc?
  15. I am very new to the network and I even don't know much about ftp.
  16. So, please give me detail as possible.
