  12. My girlfriend recently moved to Virginia (Arlington area) as part of
  13. her job.  Consequently she is losing internet access.  Does anyone 
  14. know of businesses or universities in the 703 area code that offer
  15. public access (pay or not) internet access-ible dial-in accounts?
