  13. I will be a graduate student at Wayne State University in Detroit,
  14. MI (area code 313) in September.  I'd like to have dial up access
  15. to the Internet so that I can telnet to my account on
  16. Netcom.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  I  would prefer
  17. to be able to continue using my v.32bis modem, but anything
  18. cheap will do.  I haven;t found out yet if the University offers
  19. students access to the Internet.
