  17. If I were under-aged and I wanted access to stuff like that, what would it
  18. take to borrow your older insert-your-favorite-word id's (brother, friend,
  19. etc) and send that in as "proof".

  22. to face and see a photo id at the same time. How many users are willing to
  23. do that on a bbs?
