- Opus CBCS is currently at release 1.73a, with 1.99 in Beta test.
- Opus has built-in support for Fidonet and is the ONLY bbs package
- to offer this completely FREE of charge, for both home and business
- use. The user interface can be modified at login and has support
- for many menu types, such as tty, ANSI/ASCII graphics, and Lotus
- 1-2-3 style. Multiple languages, speech synth mode for blind users,
- user defined areas and macros, and more. There is even support for
- Usenet/UUCP message addresses. Security is provided with user levels,
- passworded areas, and locks and keys.
-
- If interested in more info, I'll be glad to answer questions. If
- you want to look at the software, it is available for ftp from
- SIMTEL mirrors and GARBO.
