- Bman's Team Anarchy!
- -------------------
-
- This level is my first venture into the world of DEVIL, one which I
- hope never to have to enter again! I only created this level because I
- thought it would be really cool when I saw it in my head. Ok, so the
- translation from mind to computer wasn't perfect. I still like it...very
- structured, IMHO. You're probably asking where "structure" applies here,
- aren't you? Well, this level does have rules. It is designed for 4 on 4
- tournaments, but those without ISDN lines probably won't be doing that. ;-)
- So, here's how it goes:
-
- * Each team groups up in one of the rooms at the end of the outer perimeter.
- They are color coded, red for the red team, and blue for the...yes...BLUE
- TEAM!!! Once you leave the start room, you can look down to the end of the
- long corridor to find out where to go.
-
- * Inside each of the "gathering rooms", there are four powerup "packages", an
- energy center, and four launch tubes. Behind the four doors on the top are
- sets of weapons. The weapons are IDENTICAL on both ends. If you don't
- believe me, check for yourself. Behind each of these doors is enough
- weaponry to make the player taking it a serious threat. Nobody should be
- outgunned.
-
- * Once the entire team has made it into their own room, they should make any
- last-minute announcements / preparations, then exit through the launch
- tubes below the entrance to the room.
-
- * Through the launch tubes is a large room, the "battle chamber". Once you're
- in there, show no mercy!
-
-
- Rules:
- ------
-
- * No firing is permitted outside of the battle chamber (unless all players
- concur), nor is permitted any firing into the outside area from the battle
- chamber. The doors at the inner end of the launch tubes define the limits
- of the battle chamber. Anywhere inside those doors, though, is fair
- territory.
-
- * No member of any team may enter the gathering room of the other. i.e. a
- red team member cannot go into the blue team's gathering room, and vice
- versa.
-
- * Team members are allowed to take ONE weapons package on an 4-player team,
- TWO on a 2-player team. In a 3-player game, the highest ranking member of a
- team takes the leftover weapons pack. If a team has more than 4 members, the
- lowest ranking member must wait until someone dies, or one of his teammates
- takes pity and gives him/her a weapon.
-
- * You may enter and leave the BC as you please to get energy refills, etc.
