  55. With PunchClock, you can create multiple projects in multiple
  56. categories. Tapping the Punch In/Out text on the main form will store
  57. time stamps in the database.  By default, the times are rounded off to
  58. the nearest 15 minutes, this can be set when the Project is created,
  59. or changed by editing the Project information.

  61. Time Totals
  62. The project list form shows the current week's total time. A tap on
  63. the total will show you the all the previous week's totals. You can
  64. also view the totals by categories.

  66. Project Details
  67. Tapping on the project name shows you the details of the project. Once
  68. in this screen, you can tap the "Edit" button to change the details,
  69. or tap on the "Records" button to view/edit the actual records in the
  70. database.

  72. Editing records
  73. You can see the individual "Time" records by tapping on the project
  74. name and then tapping on the "Records" button. You can edit a record
  75. by tapping on the "Time" record. This will bring you to the "Edit"
  76. form.  When editing records, you must be careful not to create
  77. start/end times that overlap with existing records, as this would mess
  78. up the time totals.

  80. Note
  81. You can now add notes to individual time records. This can be done in
  82. the edit records view. (Tap project name, tap "Records" button, tap
  83. time record, tap "note" button). You can also tap the space to the right
  84. of a given time record to add/edit the note for that record. A note
  85. icon will appear next to records that have notes.
