  5. Thanks for trying Yacht-Z for Windows.  This program is released as
  6. shareware. If you like it and intend to continue using it, please send
  7. $15 as described in the online help.

  14. Yacht-Z has been available for three years now.  The original version is
  15. available on most BBS and online systems.  There have been several nice
  16. reviews done.  Among them are the following:

  31. CTL3D.DLL   MUST be located in the WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.
  32. YTZ.EXE        Any directory.  Must be located with YTZ.HLP.

  37. Creating the icon
  38. -----------------
  39. If you already know how to install a Windows application, then place the 
  40. executable file (YTZ.EXE) wherever you like.  Otherwise, copy the 
  41. program file into your Windows directory and run Windows.  Then, 
  42. follow these steps:
  43.  
  44.     1. In the Program Manager, open your Games icon ( if it is not 
  45.        already open ).
  46.  
  47.     2. Select the File menu in the menu bar of the Program 
  48.        Manager and make the New... selection
  49.  
  50.     3. When the dialog box opens, press the OK button.
  51.  
  52.     4. If you are using Windows 3.1, at this point you need to
  53.        press the BROWSE button to open the file selector.
  54.        Use the controls in this window to display the directory
  55.        that contains the files in the Yacht-Z archive.
  56.  
  57.     5. In the file selector, scroll down to the bottom of the list.  
  58.        Double click on YTZ.EXE, which is usually the last file shown.
  59.  
  60.     6. In the next dialog that appears, press Change Icon.  If the 
  61.        icon shown is not acceptable, press the View Next button until
  62.        a more appropriate icon is displayed.  There are three icons
  63.        total.  When you are ready, press OK and OK again.

  65. The Yacht-Z icon should now appear in your Games group.  The 
  66. program can be run by double clicking on the new icon.
