  7. By installing NoteWorthy Composer on your system, you indicate 
  8. your agreement to the following terms and conditions. Please 
  9. carefully read these terms and conditions prior to continuing
  10. with the use of this software.

  13. UNREGISTERED SHAREWARE VERSION
  14. =======================================================
  15. The license information in this section applies only to the 
  16. unregistered version of NoteWorthy Composer. If you have 
  17. registered and are installing a new registered version, skip 
  18. to the section titled REGISTERED VERSION.

  20. Evaluation License: NoteWorthy Composer is not a free program. 
  21. You are hereby granted a limited license to use this version of 
  22. NoteWorthy Composer for up to 30 days before you are required to 
  23. purchase a complete license. If you elect not to purchase 
  24. NoteWorthy Composer at the end of 30 days, you must discontinue 
  25. the use of it and remove it from your computer.

  27. Distribution License: You are hereby granted a limited license 
  28. to distribute the unregistered Shareware version of NoteWorthy
  29. Composer. Read the file "Vendor.txt" for additional information
  30. on the distribution privileges of NoteWorthy Composer.

  33. REGISTERED VERSION

  35. As a licensed user of NoteWorthy Composer, you are 
  36. entitled to install NoteWorthy Composer on one machine 
  37. and enjoy unrestricted use of its capabilities. You may 
  38. also install NoteWorthy Composer on a second machine 
  39. provided that it will never be in simultaneous use on 
  40. more than one machine. Please protect your registration 
  41. codes, as these are intended to be used only by you.

  43. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

  45. The NoteWorthy Composer application and its accompanying 
  46. support files are provided "as is" and no warranty of 
  47. fitness for a particular use or purpose is offered. 
  48. The entire and exclusive liability implied by this 
  49. agreement shall be limited to the replacement of 
  50. defective diskette(s). Liability shall not include or 
  51. extend to any claim for or right to recover any other 
  52. damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, 
  53. data, or use of NoteWorthy Composer or other software, 
  54. or special, incidental, or consequential damages or 
  55. other similar claims, even if NoteWorthy ArtWare has been 
  56. specifically advised of the possibility of such damages. 
  57. In no event will NoteWorthy ArtWare's liability for any 
  58. damages to you or any other party ever exceed the actual 
  59. price paid for the license to use NoteWorthy Composer.
