  1.                QUICKEDITOR FOR WINDOWS

  4. QuickEditor is a QuickTime Video-Editor designed to perform 
  5. common editing operations  in the quickest and easiest way.
  6. It isn't meant for handling big projects, with full-screen,
  7. full-motion video... ( please  use an expensive  commercial
  8. product  like Adobe Premiere for that ). But it is a  great
  9. tool for  creating small , nifty movies you can  publish on
  10. your web page, digital family album, and so on...
  11.  
  12. Some of QuickEditor main features are:
  13. - Simple, "all-in-one-window", scalable interface. 
  14. - Support (via QuickTime 3.0) for a variety of movie, sound 
  15.   and image formats ( including  .mov,  .avi,  .aiff, .wav,
  16.   .au, .bmp, .jpg, .gif, ... ). 
  17. - More than 100 Transitions and Filters to choose from. 
  18. - Support for Sound and Music (QuickTime Midi) tracks. 
  19. - Fully functional shareware, 25 US $ registration fee to
  20.   access all the features.

  23. Configuration required to run QuickEditor:
  24. - Windows 95 or better, should work on Windows NT 4.0 or
  25.   better 
  26. - QuickTime 3.0 ( available free of charge at http://www.
  27.   quicktime.apple.com )

  29. Distribution of QuickEditor:
  30. - Everyone is allowed to distribute  unregistered  versions
  31.   of QuickEditor , as long as the original  package is  not 
  32.   altered . QuickEditor  must always come with  the bundled
  33.   documentation .  Please  feel  free  to  distribute it on 
  34.   CD-Roms, Web sites, FTP sites, ...

  36. Installation of QuickEditor:
  37. - QuickEditor comes with it's own installer and uninstaller.
  38.   Simply click on Setup.exe and follow the instructions.
