A tool that helps in the analysis of a recorded voice for lip sync animation. With the output of this program you can make an animated character "mimic" the recorded voice so that it appears that it is really the one who's talking. This is often called "lip sync". Magpie provides a set of powerful tools that let you identify how a character's mouth should look at each frame of the animation.
