  7. This is a simple implimentation of the classic Caesar Cipher algorithm, but
  8. changed a bit for use on computers (added the ability to de/encrypt all ascii
  9. charicters).

  14. Simply run the program. Give filenames when prompted and e or d when prompted 
  15. to encrypt or decrypt.
