  7. First of all, I need to tell you, I was _very_ bored when I wrote this. This
  8. is a simple program to perform the "Caesar Cipher" if you don't know what that
  9. is, do a search for it in AltaVista, you'll find lots of crap I'm sure. Just
  10. look at the source if you wanna know what it does. I've slightly modified the
  11. way this does the Caesar Cipher to make it more practical for use on a computer.

  16. Simply run the program from Windows. Give filenames when prompted and e or
  17. d when prompted to encrypt or decrypt.
