If you move the cursor over 'Tools' in the top left-hand corner of the screen you can display the Tools menu which includes 'Utilities' and 'Windows':
The five Utilities available are Load Session, Save Session, Print Screen, Previous Screen and Quit. (See separate entries for each of these in Help)
On Apple Macintosh the keyboard shortcuts for these functions are:
<Command> <L> - Load Session
<Command> <S> - Save Session
<Command> <P> - Print Screen
<Command> <B> - Previous Screen
<Command> <Q> - Quit
On a PC the keyboard shortcuts are:
<Control> <L> - Load Session
<Control> <S> - Save Session
<Control> <P> - Print Screen
<Control> <B> - Previous Screen
<Control> <Q> - Quit
The five windows buttons are Article, Image, Keywords, Help and Notepad. For Articles and Images, clicking these buttons brings the article or image window to the front or displays the window if you have closed it. If no articles or images have been viewed the window will be empty when opened.
