Open the Notepad by choosing 'Notepad' from the Tools menu, or using the keyboard shortcut <Command>-<N> (for Macintosh) or <Control>-<N> (for PC). You can keep the Notepad open while you are looking at the contents of the CD-ROM, so you can make notes.
