  2. Xara Webster is a shareware product.  This means that
  3. you have the opportunity to try the software before
  4. you buy it.  If you intend to continue using it

  10. includes a full copy of  Xara Webster, plus:
  11. * Web browser plug-ins for Netscape and MSIE 3 for

  13. * A QuickViewer for CDR, CMX, JPG, PNG, Xara and .web
  14.   files
  15. * Hundreds of professionally created bullets,
  16.   banners, backgrounds, dividers, illustrations,
  17.   animated GIFs and more from the Xara galleries
  18. * A copy of the documentation, including all
  19.   demonstration movies, usually only available on the web
  20. * A 10 minute Xara Webster demo movie
  21. * Xara Cube 3D screen saver 
  22.

  25. * Discounts on other current and future Xara products

  27. Please read these conditions before using the
  28. software or graphic images. If you use the software
  29. or graphics you agree to become bound by these
  30. conditions. If you do not wish to do so, do not use

  33. This licence grants you the right to use the Xara
  34. Webster software and graphic images, subject to the
  35. restrictions listed below and the disclaimer relating
  36. to warranties, support and damages.

  38. 1)  Disclaimer: 
  39. This software is provided on an "as is" basis,
  40. without any other warranties, or conditions, express
  41. or implied, including but not limited to warranties
  42. of merchantable quality, merchantability or fitness
  43. for a particular purpose, or those arising by law,
  44. statute, usage of trade or course of dealing. The
  45. entire risk as to the results and performance of the
  46. Product is assumed by you. Neither we nor our dealers
  47. or suppliers shall have any liability to you or any
  48. other person or entity for any indirect, incidental,
  49. special or consequential damages whatsoever,
  50. including but not limited to loss of revenue or
  51. profit, lost or damaged data or other commercial or
  52. economic loss, even if we have been advised of the
  53. possibility of such damages or they are foreseeable;

  69. Xara Webster users are free to use, modify and
  70. publish the images from the free galleries on the
  71. Xara Webster web site and the Xara Webster CD, on web
  72. sites where the image is embedded for viewing
  73. purposes or in printed material, subject to the
  74. following conditions:  They cannot be redistributed
  75. in any form, whether commercial, shareware or
  76. freeware, specifically but not exclusively they
  77. cannot be included in clip-art collections, whether
  78. on web sites or distributed on electronic media such
  79. as CDs or discs.
