  8. What is Desktop Animator?
  9. -------------------------
  10. DESKTOP ANIMATOR is a Microsoft Windows utility that allows you to display 
  11. a moving 256-color image, on your desktop, behind all other windows.  Because 
  12. this program monitors your computer for idle time and yields to other 
  13. applications when the computer is busy, it does not degrade the performance 
  14. of the computer when it is running.  The movement of the images can be varied 
  15. in a number of ways and the images can be set to change automatically.

  17. Installing Desktop Animator
  18. ---------------------------
  19. If installing from a diskette run the program SETUP.EXE using File-Run
  20. from Program Manager.  If installing from you hard disk, copy all
  21. the files in a separate temporary directory. Then use File-Run to run 
  22. SETUP.EXE. Once the installation is complete you may remove the temporary
  23. directory and all the files in it.

  25. Once setup is complete a Desktop Animator program group with two icons will be 
  26. created. You can double click on the Help icon to obtain detailed information
  27. on activating and setting up the Program.

  31. This shareware version of the program allows you to display only images in the
  32. prorietary Esm Software image format. The registered version allows you to 
  33. display an unlimited number of your own BMP files.  To register the program
  34. send $9.95 + $4.00 shipping and handling to
