  7. You MUST UNZIP the ColorScroll.zip file to a folder on your computer, and then open the ColorScroll.msi. This file will not install from Winzip or any other Zip file extractor it has to be extracted first.

Description: ColorScroll 2.5 is a Visual Scrollbar Style Editor. ColorScroll 2.5 generates HTML Style code that can be cut'n'pasted into any HTML file. This generated HTML Style code affects only Internet Explorer 5.5+ web browsers. All other web browsers will not be affected and the colors will not be visible.
