  1. It is recommended to make a boot disk. On this disk should also be FDISK.
  2. Format your new drive.
  3. Set the new drive as a slave on the same ide cable or as master at the other, 
  4. open HDCopy and copy the entire "C" drive to the new "D" drive or 
  5. whatever it is designated by windows. Shut down.
  6. Remove your original drive , set
  7. the new drive to be the only drive, if you havent't done so use fdisk to set the primary
  8. partition to active, and reboot. That's it.

  11. Vor Gebrauch sollte eine  Bootdiskette angelegt werden. 
  12. FDISK auf die Diskette kopieren.
  13. Neue Festplatte partitionieren und formatieren.
  14. Neue Platte als Slave, andere als Master jumpern.
  15. Mit HDCopy den Inhalt der alten Platte auf die neue kopieren. Herunterfahren.
  16. Alte Platte ausbauen, neue als Master jumpern und falls die Platte nicht bootet,
  17. mit einer Bootdiskette und FDISK die Startpartition aktivieren.
