  8. Only 256 color pictures of type 2, subcode $ff are supported.

  10. NOTE!! The Macintosh PICT2 format is NOT equal to MacPaint. MacPaint 
  11. pictures are black and white only with a fixed size of 576x720 pixels.

  13. Because of an incomplete identifier for MacPaint pictures, done by 
  14. Commodore, which (wrongly) recognize MacPICT2 files as MacPaint files a
  15. replacement function is included. Also included are some test pictures 
  16. for the MacPaint datatype, which use the extension ".macp". The MacPaint
  17. datatype is NOT included in this archive.
