  1. This file contains the;  (1) My reason for releasing this
  2. information to the public,  (2) My credentials,  (3) The
  3. validity of the information (% from sources, % from my own
  4. knowledge, % from research),  (4) The existance of one other
  5. person to whom I gave the information in 1972 in anticipation
  6. of one day needing to validate the information.
  7.  
  8. (1)  I have 2 reasons for releasing this information at this
  9. time.  (A)  When I first saw the information I was sure that
  10. the government would handle the situation and not allow the
  11. people to be abducted, injured, or just disappear.  My belief
  12. in the government has proven false.  Not only has it not been
  13. handled but the situation has deteriorated and the incidents
  14. have increased worldwide.  What has happened is against the
  15. Constitution of the United States of America which I have
  16. sworn to uphold and protect.  What is happening is against
  17. every law in every state.  What is happening violates the
  18. human rights of every citizen of the world.  It could happen
  19. to any member or members of my family or your family at any
  20. time.  I am a loyal american and have never divulged any of
  21. my countrys secrets and except for this one I never will.  I
  22. do not believe that revealing this secret is against the law
  23. as the secret itself violates every law that has ever been
  24. written.  Senator Barry Goldwater was the Chairman of the
  25. Senate Commitee which aproved funds for the CIA and has
  26. stated publicly that he has no knowledge of any of this.
  27. That means and it is a fact that the Congress is ignorant of
  28. what is going on.  In fact I believe that it is my duty to
  29. expose it as thoroughly and as quickly as possible.  I only
  30. regret that I have waited so long.  I waited because I
  31. believed so much in our system of government.  THE UNITED
  32. STATES GOVERNMENT HAS BETRAYED ALL OF US.  (B) In my efforts
  33. to get the information out it became obvious that soon the
  34. government would discover what I am doing and my life would
  35. be in danger.  I believe that my life is now in danger and
  36. the only way to protect myself is to go public with the
  37. information.  I realize that the information is hard to
  38. swallow and that many people will not believe it.  I also
  39. realize that I have exposed myself to ridicule.  So be it.
  40. If I am prosecuted or harmed in any way you all will know
  41. that the information is correct.  If I suddenly disappear you
  42. will all know that the information is correct.
  43.  
  44. (2)  I am the son of an Air Force officer and was reared on
  45. Air Force bases all over the world.  My father was a pilot.
  46. As a child I repeatedly overheard pilots and airmen discuss
  47. strange stories involving UFO's, Foo Fighters, strange
  48. crashes of craft "not from here", and other subjects that
  49. were exciting to me at the time.  I graduated from High
  50. School in Japan and shortly there-after joined the Air Force.
  51. I finished basic at Lackland Air Force Base and was assigned
  52. to the Strategic Air Command.  I was an Aircraft and Missile
  53. Pneudraulic Technician.  During my training instructors would
  54. regale us with tales of lonely nights spent on flight lines,
  55. alert pads, and missile silos.  They told of strange alien
  56. craft that would come down and paralyse the men on station
  57. and then remove the warhead from the missile and disappear at
  58. fantastic speed.  I met a sargeant who told me that he was
  59. part of a team that transported such a large crashed disk
  60. that it could only be moved at night on back roads and fences
  61. and poles had to be torn down and replaced as the convoy
  62. passed.  I listened to all these stories and wondered what
  63. was going on but didn't really believe them.  I was
  64. discharged from the Air Force in 1965.  I was very
  65. adventurous at the time and joined the navy in December of
  66. 1965.  I volunteered for submarines and was assigned to the
  67. USS Tiru (SS-416) at Pear Harbor, Hawaii.  On a cruise to the
  68. Portland Seattle area, while on lookout a UFO the size of an
  69. Aircraft carrier rose up out of the water and disappeared
  70. into the clouds while we were on the surface and I was the
  71. Port lookout.  It descended back down into the water and rose
  72. back up into the clouds again several times.  It was
  73. witnessed by myself, The Starboard lookout, The Officer of
  74. the deck, The Captain, and the Chief Quartermaster who took
  75. pictures.  We were told not to discuss it with anyone ever.
  76. Upon docking at Pearl upon our return a man in plain clothes
  77. came aboard and talked to each of us with only the Captain
  78. present.  He identified himself as an Intelligence Officer
  79. (ONI) and asked me what I saw.  I began to tell him and he
  80. yelled at me to stop and then he again asked me what I saw.
  81. I told him that I had not seen anything and he smiled at me
  82. and told me I was a very good sailor.  He told me that was
  83. the right answer and dismissed me.  I soon grew tired of the
  84. cramped quarters of a Submarine and de-volunteered.  The rest
  85. of my history is as follows.

  111. Since leaving the navy I have worked at several companies
  112. engaged in work for the government or the intelligence
  113. community.  Some of this work involved training foreign
  114. military personnel.  I have also obtained a college degree in
  115. photography.  This is a field I have long been interested in.
  116.  
  117. I am not now connected with the government or the
  118. intelligence community except for friends that I have made
  119. over the years.  Most recently I have been involved in
  120. management of civilian training facilities.

  143. Currently   The institute where I am presently employed is
  144. known to 3 of you and I do not wish it to be disclosed as the
  145. release of this information could have adverse affects upon
  146. my employment.

  149. (3)  Approximatly 50% of this information comes from
  150. documents that I saw with my own eyes and I personnaly know
  151. it to be true and absolutely accurate.  I saw and read GRUDG/
  152. BLUE BOOK REPORT NO. 13.  I saw and read the MAJESTY document
  153. which contained the Aquarius information.  I was present at a
  154. briefing where much more information was discussed and some
  155. of it has become cloudy over the years but has come back to
  156. me when I saw information on that subject.  About 50% of the
  157. information comes from my sources who will remain un-named.
  158. About 60% of the information is backed up by research and
  159. information available to you all however the information is
  160. not generaly shared.  It is out there in various places and
  161. on various boards.  Due to the potential monetary value of
  162. the information I believe that it probably never will be
  163. shared.

  166. (4)  In 1972 I related this information to one other person
  167. for self protection and so that the information could be
  168. verified at some latter date should the government not handle
  169. the situation.  I gave him the information on the eve of my
  170. wedding.  The last person to person contact I had with him
  171. was in 1974.  The last contact of ANY kind was in 1976 or
  172. 1977 by phone.  I have not seen him, written to him, phoned
  173. him, or had any contact with him at all since that time.  I
  174. maintained this distance to prevent any accusation of
  175. collusion or hoax should it ever be neccessary to release the
  176. information.  I also did it for his protection so that he
  177. would not be involved if the government should decide to harm
  178. me before the information could be released.  I have him a
  179. copy of the information in the form of a copy of an original
  180. document.  I retained the other copy but mine was destroyed
  181. in a storage fire.  He can and will verify the information to
  182. the right person with the right code (which we agreed upon)
  183. to release it.  3 of you have his name, the last place he
  184. lived in 1976, and the code.  I will not contact him until
  185. the information is verified.  He can validate my intelligence
  186. background and the information.  He can state all of this
  187. truthfully and because of our seperation over the years will
  188. be able to pass any lie detector test to prove this is not a
  189. hoax.  I would also be able to pass the same test or any
  190. other test, sodium pentathol etc.

  192. I have also received a call from a man named Christopher who
  193. called from an area code in Maryland.  By his conversation
  194. with me on the phone I know that he has also seen the MAJESTY
  195. information and the AQUARIUS document.  I also know that he
  196. is a member of Compuserve.  That is all I know about him.  I
  197. left out a graphic on the reconstructed document that I
  198. posted in my MAJIC file and he questioned the ommission.  It
  199. is a minor detail that I did not think important but he
  200. spotted it.  The only way he could have known that the
  201. graphic was missing would be that he has seen it himself.
  202. The graphic was 2 lightning bolts which strike at the bottom
  203. of the finned rocket which is enclosed in the circle.  Since
  204. I could not put graphics in the document I only included a
  205. short description.

  207. I tested my father once by relating that I had seen
  208. information while in the navy that the Government had
  209. recovered UFO's which had crashed.  I did this to guage his
  210. reaction because I knew that at one time when I was very
  211. little he was the radar Officer at White Sands Proving
  212. Ground.  He gave me a very knowing look and advised me not to
  213. talk about it.  I have never discussed the matter with him
  214. since.

  217. WILL SUBSTANTIATE THIS INFORMATION.  THIS MAY BE THE ONLY
  218. CHANCE TO EXPOSE THIS TERRIBLE SITUATION.  IF I FAIL YOU ALL
