In the anxious gap bet tween the album's completion and release, he had plenty of time to indulge his taste while waiting out his recording deal. One ultra-prized possession is his Superdeformed Gundham lunch box, which he's retired due to extreme wear. Matthew also has a framed caricature of - him as the Superdeformed Gundham, drawn by the artist. It reads "S.D. Matthew" for Superdeformed Ma tthew, which seems to make him happy-even though the defor- mation in questionis pretty hideous.
