  34. To24bpp is primarily for users of ArtWorks or Impression Style
  35. or Publisher who wish to convert a 24 bit foreign file format to
  36. one of the new 16 or 24 bit sprite formats.  It is a front-end
  37. to ChangeFSI, with options to output 256-grey level sprites or
  38. 16-bit or 24-bit sprites.  If To24bpp is presented with a GIF
  39. (either GIF87a or GIF89a) it can output an 8-bit sprite which
  40. retains the GIF's palette.
