He originally wrote it as a way to scroll text in application splash screens (as credits do at the end of a film) but, when I saw it, I thought it might be a cool little alternative image viewer. The TV Monitor window can be moved around, by clicking and dragging on the video image. To preserve the 4-3 aspect ratio while re-sizing the window, hold down the Shift key while re-sizing. From the makers of Chaos Control magazine, the interactive kit is free-standing and features interviews, music, video and much more. A color Mac is preferred, but it will adjust to a black and white screen. BiGod 20 Interactive is much more advanced than a regular issue of Chaos Control and manages to cram in lots of information, graphics and sound, making it well worth the download time.
