- Remember the London bitmap font? I guess you could say it was in Old English
- style? Well, some time ago Bill Ware made a Type 3 Postscript version of it. All
- I’ve done is convert it into Type 1 and TrueType formats. The original
- documentation is contained below. Note: I have no idea whether Bill Ware’s
- address below is still current.
- About LaserLondon. . .
- This font is Shareware. Try it and send $10 or $20 if you like it to:
- Bill Ware
- 933 Highland Drive
- Cleburne, TX 76031
- If you don't like it, delete it.
- If you give it to someone else, include this document.
- LaserLondon is a PostScript font based on the bit-mapped London font. The
- copyright claim for LaserLondon is for the downloadable PostScript description
- of the font only. The 10-, 12-, 18-, and 24-point system bit-mapped fonts
- included are program-generated sizes which have not been edited. If you edit
- them, DO NOT change the character widths, the name of the font, or the font ID.
- (Note: LaserLondon-18 and London-18 are not interchangeable.)
