This is a very easy to use Accounts Receivable program for those who
do not require invoicing.  Its features include an audit trail,
trial balance, on-line help, on-line look-ups, customer statements,
mailing labels, user-defined transaction codes and on-demand balance
forward purge.

Easy Street v1.0

If you're the typical, individual investor, Easy Street gives you an
easy, efficient way to monitor investments.  Track your stocks and
mutual fund investments without complicated charts and esoteric
technical analysis.  Use it to create securities portfolios, record
transactions, automatically track price quotes, and produce
investment reports.  You can also print the Transaction Summary
Report, which is useful for tax preparation.  Once your portfolio is
setup, you can easily monitor your investments by automatically
downloading the current price quotes for all your securities,

Employee Scheduling Assistant v2.00

This yearly scheduler targets organizations that have mostly
full-time employees.  It tracks vacations, work-shifts, daily notes
for each employee and the date.  YTD stats are available on demand.
ESA can handle up to 100 employees per department and up to 99
departments.  You have a choice between seven useful reports.
Because of its automatic installation, and the sample files for
review and practice, your organization will be up and running in no
time at all.

Personnel Management and Scheduling

Facilitate employee scheduling and rescheduling, and reduce the time
needed to complete these tasks from hours to just minutes!  It
provides automatic calculation of hours and labor costs for each

A medium-faced sans serif font, Brassfield is easy to read and well

ButnerBold TrueType Font

This is an extremely bold, geometric typeface ideal for presentation
letters, titles, headlines and all emphasized text applications.
The upper and lower case are the same shape, and it contains most
diacriticals, punctuation, and even a few symbol characters.

Elzevier Caps Font

Endangered TrueType Font

FR Tools v1.0

Clean up corrupted text files produced by Optical Character
Recognition (OCR) systems.  FR Tools is a unique multifaceted, menu
driven, macro utility that cleans up scanner errors, removes blank
lines, strips unnecessary leading spaces, indents paragraphs five
paces, retains two spaces after sentences, word wraps text, allows
the right margin to be modified, retains a log of corrections made
during specific operations, decolumnizes text, allows selected
operations to be performed inside of "blocked text" and if that
isn't enough, FR Tools has a built-in spellchecker.  Whew!

GDS

The Smithsonian Institute and CompuServe have been using this
graphics program for years.  It's like having several programs
rolled into one.  GDS painlessly catalogs GIF images, even from the
most disorganized directories.  Once the GIF files are saved, you
can click on images and see the large version from within GDS.
GDS is far faster than most viewers.  It's interface was designed
for ease of use and speed.  Even when the hardware can't handle the
raw picture, GDS instantly converts the image on the fly, allowing
you to see clearly what most viewers would display poorly.
This great all-in-one program also converts to and from almost any
format.  Just select the file(s) and choose the destination format
from the conversion menu.  In seconds, your file(s) are complete.
Some have called GDS the DOS Debabelizer. It's 24 to 8 bit color
reduction in GDS is the cleanest in the industry.
GDS makes slide shows a snap.  Just select the pictures you want,
click once in the lower right of the screen, and GDS is off with a
slide show.  Giving a presentation?  No problem!  GDS can handle it.

Now you can create attractive, onscreen presentations with this
simple, yet powerful program!  Arrange PCX and GIF computer image
files into logical sequences, much like a slideshow.  You can even
add audio for playback on an installed compatible sound card.  Set
the slide production to run automatically, or on prompts from a
presenter.  You control how long each image is displayed and can
apply different special effects for professional looking transitions

charts, keyboard layouts and specimen sheets.  Visual Basic Run-Time
v3.0, included on your Utility Collection, is required.

file from Windows.

Rounders TrueType Font

This is a neat, art-deco artwork typeface based on circles.  The
letters appear arched or bowed.

UrsaBrushSans TrueType Font

The Ursa family of fonts (Ursa means "bear" in Latin) is bold and
clean.  UrsaBrushSans is an extremely broad and bold, ideal for
emphasis.  Somewhat like a brush stroke, it possesses a clean
geometry.

UrsaSerifEngraved TrueType Font

This traditional, bold serif font has fine white lines on the left
side of the characters, giving it an rich, engraved effect.  It's
best when used in larger point sizes.

This excellent DOS image viewer catalogs and prints images.  Use it
to create arrays of up to 144 images per screen for graphic menus.
It supports BMP, EPS, GIF, IFF, LBM, IMG, JPG, MAC, PCX, TGA, TIF
and HPGL formats.  A graphics card with VESA BIOS or driver, and
extended memory are required to run this program at its full
capacity.  It features pan, color, scale, crop, fade, filter
controls; resolutions up to 1280 x 1024 x 256; and prints
black-and-white or color to HP DeskJets, LaserJets, PaintJets, Canon
BJC600 and Epson Stylus.

ray-traced graphics.  Blast your way through 25 levels of asteroids

your defenses.  A VGA is required.  Joystick and SoundBlaster are
optional.

Buggle

Buggle consists of a set of 16 special dice which have a letter on
each side, a note-pad for the player, a note-pad for the PC, a
variable timer and a 100,000 word dictionary.  The 16 dice are
shaken, and then laid out in a 4 x 4 grid.  Your objective is to
make as many words as you can, each with at least three letters, as
the computer makes as many words possible within a time limit.

Hocus Pocus v1.0

In a magical kingdom, Hocus must vanquish many realms before
becoming a full-fledged Wizard.  A scrolling action game, Hocus
Pocus has a wild variety of levels, graphics, music, enemies and
awesome parallaxing backgrounds.  All major sound boards are
supported.  A 386SX or higher and a VGA are required.

Sea Run v1.0

Maneuver your ship through treacherous waters by rotating the wind
direction arrows.  Quick thinking and fast reflexes are required to
keep the boat sailing safely past whirlpools, whales, islands and
other aquatic hazards.  Gain extra bonus points for reaching

Scores.  Filled with educational nautical facts, Sea Run is fun for

SPS Game Pack

Here is an extravagant three-pack of challenging games for Windows
v3.1.

Arachnid v2.1
Build same-suit cards from King to Ace into stacks, and remove the
stack from the table.  When all eight stacks have been built and
removed, you've won the game.

Mines
Starting from the top left-hand corner of your window, you must find
your way across a hazardous mine-field before reaching the safety of
the window's bottom right corner.  You must decide which squares are
safe and which are not.  You're shown all the squares around you
which contain mines.  Within each known square there may be a
number, which is the number of the mines adjacent to the square.  If
there are none, the square is left black.  Failure to make the right
choice is, well, explosive.

Towers v1.1
This solitaire game, based loosely on Seahaven Towers, is
deceptively simple.  You may only have one card at a time, and you
can only move a card in a working stack or on the top of a playing
stack.

Ultimate Gin v2.0

This is the best file finder for DOS!  Search criteria include:
multiple date, time, size, day-of-week, ranges, attributes and text.
Use the same criteria to exclude files or group them for subsequent
processing.  You can even search inside ZIP, ARC, LZH and ARJ

you can search any or all specified drives.  Databases of files can
also be created.

ZCOPY v2.5

ZCOPY is a copy-program like XCOPY for installation purposes.  The
main difference is that ZCOPY skips files that have the same name
and XCOPY overwrites them.  ZCOPY copies any directory, file and
read-only, hidden, system files.  It preserves the file date, time,
attributes and checks for sufficient disk-space on the target drive.
Best of all, it's about 300% faster than XCOPY!

Back Again/2 v2.1

Back Again/2 is a 32-bit backup utility for OS/2 v2.1 that fully
supports HPFS, long filenames, and extended attributes.  It also
processes files that are currently in use.  All OS/2 logical devices
are supported for backup, Novell NetWare, LAN Server, NOS network
drives, floppy diskette drives, Bernoulli boxes, magneto optical
devices, and more.  In short, if you can do a "DIR" command against
your device, you can back it up!  For floppy disks, Back Again/2 can
use a special skewed-sector format which, when combined with data
compression, can backup 3 to 4MB per minute on 1.44MB drives.  With
2.88MB drives, Back Again/2 can easily backup 6-8MB per minute!

CheckINI v1.95

PMMPEG v2.0

This program plays MPEG (Motion Picture Experts Group) digital
movies in a window on your OS/2 desktop.  It handles I-Frame style
movies that are used by the DOS Xing MPEG player, plus IBP-Frame
style movies that the Xing can't currently handle.  Features
include, a toolbar with tape controls (Play, Stop, Rewind, Step,
Size, Color and Loop), and the ability to play MPEG filenames on the
command line.  The command line includes options for playback size,
color and looping, and saves data configuration between runs.
Double-size playback is possible both in color and grayscale.  This
version also plays more movies than previous versions could handle.

Typo/2 fonts

Unzip v5.1

MS-DOS systems.  The default mode (with no options) extracts all
files from the specified ZIP archive into the current directory (and
subdirectories below it).  A companion program, zip(1L), creates ZIP

Pkunzip for MS-DOS.

Balloons Phrase Game v1.2a

Remember the popular game Hangman?  Balloons is played in much the
same way.  A word or phrase is created, spaces are left blank, and
the player attempts to solve the word or phrase by selecting
letters.  All occurrences of that letter within the phrase are then
displayed.  If the letter does not appear anywhere in the phrase,
then a balloon pops.  The object of the game is to fill in the
blanks before popping all the balloons.

DLL Manager v1.4

referenced by an EXE or DLL, and the set of DLL's and EXE's that
reference a DLL.  Its Set Root command tells DLL Manager where to
start looking for files.  You can also use DLLMAN to find out what
files use a given DLL.  DLLMAN prints the contents of its windows,
and copies the contents of a window to the clipboard in text format.

OsoSoft's RockFord! v3.5
