This is a startup utility for PowerTalk.  It's for those of us who always forget to unlock our keychains when powering on or restarting our Macs.  Put it in your Startup Items folder within your System Folder.  When your Mac boots, it will automatically prompt you to unlock your Key Chain so that you can receive mail.
