  2.                            AutoBMP License Agreement

  8.           AutoBMP is copyright (C) 1994 by ATN Enterprises.
  9.  
  10.           AutoBMP is not public domain software, nor is it free
  11.           software.
  12.  
  13.           Non-registered users are granted a limited license to use
  14.           AutoBMP on a trial basis for the purpose of determining
  15.           whether AutoBMP is suitable for their needs.  Use of
  16.           AutoBMP, except for this limited purpose, requires
  17.           registration.  Use of non-registered copies of AutoBMP by
  18.           any person, business, corporation, governmental agency or
  19.           other institution is strictly forbidden.
  20.  
  21.           Registration grants a user the right to use AutoBMP only on
  22.           a single computer; a registered user may use the program on
  23.           a different computer, but may not use the program on more
  24.           than one computer at the same time.
  25.  
  26.           No one may modify AutoBMP in any way, including but not
  27.           limited to decompiling,  disassembling or otherwise reverse
  28.           engineering the program.
  29.  
  30.           All users are granted a limited license to copy AutoBMP
  31.           only for the trial use of others subject to the above
  32.           limitations, and the following:
  33.  
  34.           1.  AutoBMP must be copied in unmodified form, complete
  35.               with the files containing license and ordering
  36.               information.
  37.  
  38.           2.  The full AutoBMP documentation must be included with
  39.               the copy.
  40.  
  41.           3.  No fee, charge or other compensation may be accepted or
  42.               requested by any licensee.
  43.  
  44.           5.  AutoBMP may not be distributed in conjunction with any
  45.               other product.
  46.  
  47.           Operators of electronic bulletin board systems (Sysops) may
  48.           post AutoBMP for downloading by their users only as long as
  49.           the above conditions are met.
  50.  
  51.           Distributors of public domain or user supported software may
  52.           distribute copies of AutoBMP subject to the above
  53.           conditions.
