Transcription: Well, my checkered past includes residential and commercial sales, sales management, training, and investing. Back around 1980, a CPA friend and I were in the process of acquiring a piece of commercial real estate, and I analyzed that acquisition using one of the early spreadsheet programs. Well, that effort evolved into our first commercial product called Real Estate Investment Analysis, and I formed the company in 1981 to market that product. It's now going into version and it remains one of our best selling programs.
