  2. Hi, these programs control a pair of HAM transceiver via a simple serial
  3. interface.
  4. I've inserted the full source code of the WINDOWS version that was rewritten
  5. using OWL of Borland C++ & AF.
  6. This program use dialog, control, streamable collections, transfer buffers,
  7. input validation, serial I/O  etc using Borland OWL and WINDOWS API.
  8. Excuse me for the bad documentation but this program was originally written
  9. for my own home use.
  10. I hope that it can be useful for someone as OWL example.

  12. PS. The program come complied for WINDOWS 3.1, don't forget to install
  13.     the Font Library FTWFONT.FON in the system before stating the program!
