  4. This windows program was written to simplify choosing helical antenna
  5. parameters.  Scrollbars are used to vary frequency, circumference, number of
  6. turns and turn spacing.  Antenna gain, impedence, beamwidth, size, etc. are
  7. displayed.

  9. After running HELICAL.EXE under Windows click on 'Edit' then 'Geometry'.
  10. Circumference and turn spacing are in wavelengths.
  11.  
  12. Displayed values are based on formulas given in the ARRL Antenna Book.
  13. Check the Satellite Antenna chapter for more info.
