  2.  Thanks for trying this software. The Yaesu 757GXII Computer Assisted Ham Radio
  3. version 1.2 is designed to control the Yaesu 757GX Mark II from a PC computer. It
  4. is a windows program and requires windows 3.1. Although it will probably work on
  5. 3.0 as well. It requires a minimum amount of memory and is designed to be iconified
  6. so that you can do other things as well as control your 757GXII radio.

  8.  This package assumes that you have some way to control your Yaesu 757GXII radio via
  9. an RS-232 interface. The most popular method is via the YAESU FIF-232C computer
  10. interface.

  12.  The program comes two ways. First if you get it off a BBS it will be packaged and
  13. compressed into one program called Y757CH12.ZIP. Simply use the utility PKUNZIP to
  14. unzip this into its various files. Second if you obtain a distribution disk from me
  15. the various files will be present. Simply copy all the files into the directory of
  16. your choice. Then just execute "yaesu.exe". All help information will be on line
  17. in the standard Microsoft windows help format. It is important to keep all the files
  18. that are distributed in the same directory. If you have any questions or comments

  21.  Please note that this version has a file called BWCC.DLL. This is a Borland* library
  22. that is required to run this program. If you do not currently have this library
  23. then copy this file to c:\windows\system.

  40.    will initially be displayed.
