  7.     TIMEZONE  (WinTZ)  (version  01.13)  is  a  program written for Windows
  8.     3.x(tm) which displays the time in the 24  time  zones  (approximately)
  9.     around the world.

  19.     Unpack,  using  PKUNZIP version 2.04g or later, the zip file into a new
  20.     dirctory  of  your  choice  (suggest  \wintz).   Install  the   program
  21.     WINTZ.EXE into a new or existing program group. 
  22.     
  23.     The  WinTZ  display can be iconized by selecting the minimize button in
  24.     the title bar and reactivated by double clicking the WinTZ  icon.   The
  25.     program can be terminated by double clicking the system button ('-') in
  26.     the title bar or by depressing Alt-F4. 
  27.     
  28.     The  user  has  the  option to choose 12 or 24 hour format (Civilian or
  29.     Military time) and whether the display is representing Daylight Savings
  30.     or Standard Time. 
  31.     
  32.     Additionally, each of the 24 time zone names can be changed  and  saved
  33.     (if desired) as the new default names (registered copies only). 
  34.     
  35.     Two  highlighted  areas are shown in the zone area.  One represents the
  36.     user's time zone (which can be set by the user) while the other can  be
  37.     positioned over any zone of interest for easy identification.

  39.     Indicators  are  provided  to indicate if a time is in the current day,
  40.     next day or previous day relative to the user's selected time zone, and
  41.     whether the time in a zone, is in relative day or night periods.

  43.     The program also includes a help file describing the  capabilities  and
  44.     definitions of the display provided.

  85.     Non-registered  users of TIMEZONE (WinTZ) are granted a limited license
  86.     to use TIMEZONE (WinTZ) for a sixty-day trial period for the purpose of
  87.     determining whether TIMEZONE (WinTZ) is suitable for their needs.   The
  88.     continued  use  of  TIMEZONE  (WinTZ)  beyond  this  period, requires a
  89.     registered license.

  91.     TIMEZONE (WinTZ) IS LICENSED  "AS  IS"  AND  CUSTOM  SOFTWARE  SERVICES
  92.     DISCLAIMS  ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT
  93.     LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF  MERCHANTABILITY  AND  FITNESS  FOR  A
  94.     PARTICULAR  PURPOSE,  WITH  RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT.  SHOULD THE PROGRAM
  95.     PROVE TO BE DEFECTIVE, THE PURCHASER ASSUMES THE  RISK  OF  PAYING  THE

  106.     AFFILIATES,  OWNERS,  OR OTHER RELATED PARTIES WILL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR
  107.     ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) OR PERFORMANCE  OF
  108.     THIS  PRODUCT, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT,

  147.     any licensee.

  149.     TIMEZONE (WinTZ) must NOT be sold or otherwise provided as  part  of  a
  150.     larger  system,  or  as  a part of a more inclusive product or service,
  151.     without express  written  consent  and  license  from  CUSTOM  SOFTWARE

  154.     The  rights  to  receive  any  such  financial or other benefit, and to
  155.     modify the product or employ its components in any kind  of  derivative
  156.     work, are reserved exclusively by CUSTOM SOFTWARE SERVICES.

  158.     Operators  of  electronic bulletin board systems: You may post TIMEZONE
  159.     (WinTZ) for downloading by your users only if the above conditions  are
  160.     met.

  162.     Distributors  of  public  domain  or  user  supported software: You may
  163.     distribute copies of TIMEZONE (WinTZ), subject to the above  conditions
  164.     only  if  your  written materials clearly explain the need for users to
  165.     obtain a registered license for the products they  use,  and  the  fact
  166.     that  the  price of your disks, that the user pays to you, is a copying
  167.     fee ONLY and does not constitute  payment  for  the  licensing  of  the
  168.     product.

  170.     This  agreement  is  made  a  part  of  the  WINTZ.EXE program and it's
  171.     peripheral support files, except BWCC.DLL.
