  25. NOTES TO USERS:
  26. 1. All files included in this package with the extension of WRI are in 
  27. Microsoft Windows Write format. Additional information and a registration
  28. form are in OHM_READ.WRI. License and copyright information are in LICENSE.WRI.

  30. 2. VBRUN100.DLL (VBRUN.ZIP), dated May 10, 1991 or later, is required 
  31. to run this program.
  32.  
  33. 3. The scroll bars used in these programs have limits set on the travel to 
  34. increase their resolution and usefulness. These limits vary on different 
  35. programs from 1000 to 5000 units.
  36.  
  37. 4. Scroll bars are formatted with maximum values at the top or right.
  38.  
  39. 5. The scroll bars are restricted by Visual Basic to integer numbers. If 
  40. you have entered a decimal number in the text box and then move the scroll 
  41. bar it will change the results to integers.
  42.  
  43. 6. Help is available in standard Windows format - ELCALC.HLP. It must be in 
  44. the same directory as OHM_LAW or in a directory in your PATH statement.
  45.  
  46. INSTALLATION:
  47. 1. In your Windows directory make a sub-directory ELCALC and change to that 
  48. directory:
  49.  
  50.     MD ELCALC<Enter>
  51.     CD ELCALC<Enter>
  52.  
  53. 2. Copy the files to the ELCALC sub-directory:
  54.  
  55.     COPY A:*.* C:<Enter>
  56.  
  57. 3. If disk space is limited, erase the ZIP file from the sub-directory:
  58.  
  59.     ERA *.ZIP<Enter>
  60.  
  61. 4. Start Windows:
  62.  
  63.     CD ..<Enter>
  64.     WIN<Enter>
  65.  
  66. 5. Start the File Manager and reduce the size of the File Manager window so 
  67. that part of the Program Manager window is visible.
  68.  
  69. 6. Go to the ELCALC sub-directory and use the mouse to drag the OHM_LAW.EXE 
  70. icon to the Program Manager window and drop it.
  71.  
  72. 7. Close the File Manager and drag the OHM_LAW icon to the appropriate 
  73. Program Manager group and drop it.
  74.  
  75. 8. Double-click on the OHM_LAW icon to start the application.
