Deleted since last edition: Radio Australia's COMMUNICATOR, which
has become stale and rather useless from an SWL/DX info
standpoint. Also WORLD OF RADIO's relays from Radio For Peace
International; if we're to believe GH, WOR airs about 4x a day on
this outlet, which is not likely. Since the show's actual air
time is anyone's guess, I've excluded its numerous appearances
from the above list. Finally, I'm starting to delete times and
frequencies rarely heard in North America, where most of you
reading this happen to be.
As stated above, this is a subjective selection; in other words,
these are the shows I like to listen to. Nearly every major
international broadcaster offers some type of radio-oriented
programming - Swiss Shortwave Merry-Go-Round, BBC Waveguide, VOA
Communicator, etc. etc. A comprehensive (and objective) listing
of ALL such broadcasts is available by subscription from:
TRS Consultants, P.O. Box 2275, Vincentown, NJ 08088-2275
-and-
The Pinelands RBBS (609) 859-1910 300 to 2400 baud, 8N1
Many thanks to Tom Sundstrom of TRS and Pinelands for the
invaluable use of his data to crosscheck this file.
