  5.         This program is designed for the casual satellite op as well as
  6.         the serious.  It was initially written to determine the state of
  7.         RS10/11 receivers to determine if they were favoring the 15
  8.         meter Uplink over the 2 meter uplink.  The result is a very
  9.         simple but informative program designed to give you precise
  10.         facts about the operating state of the RS10/11 satellite.

  12.         The data is sent by the RS10/11 satellite in CW at about 20 wpm
  13.         in groups of 16.  Each group consists of 4 characters; the first
  14.         two are letters, followed by two numbers.  You may enter these
  15.         in any order that you choose and the program will organize them
  16.         onto a table at the lower half of the screen.

  19.         Consulting Associates as another addition to our software
  20.         offerings to the Amateur Radio community.  If you like the
