FALCON - CROSS
This is a conversion of the Gameboy - 'Mario's Picross' for the Falcon in
True Color.
################
# HOW TO PLAY: #
################
In the game you have to explore a picture on a 16x16 cell-array within
a given time of 30 minutes. You have to mark the right cells with the left
mousebutton. All other cells ('holes') have to be pushed down with the
right button.
If wrong cells are pushed down, you loose some of the leveltime.
Only hints for the position of right picture-cells are the numbers on top
and left of the playfield. This numbers show the number of holes in a column
or row. The numbers also give some hints on the position of the holes.
If more than one number is given there must be (a) right cell(s) between
this holes. This cell(s) between the holes must be marked with an X (left
button).
If for example the numbers <10> <5> are given for a row, this indicates two
lines of holes in this row. The first line consists of 10 and the second of
5 holes. In this case there is only one way to place 10 and 5 holes in a row
of 16 cells -> OOOOOOOOOOXOOOOO.
Some examples:
5 4 5 -> OOOOOXOOOOXOOOOO
7 5 2 -> OOOOOOOXOOOOOXOO
1 1 1 10 -> OXOXOXOOOOOOOOOO
This examples are very easy and can be solved with the given numbers of
their row/column only.
Now some other examples:
15 -> XOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OR OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOX
7 7 -> OOOOOOOXXOOOOOOO OR OOOOOOOXOOOOOOOX OR XOOOOOOOXOOOOOOO
1 -> XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXO OR XXXXXXXXXXXXXXOX OR XXXXXXXXXXXXXOXX OR ...
For this examples you have to combine the informations of different rows and/
or columns.
Try to work out your own tactics to find the right picture.
This version has only few levels (21 I think). If someone wants to draw his
own levels please contact me.
