  18. If the name file is pointed towards NN_NAME.NAM then the fields used in 
  19. the papyrus document can be identified using the names:

  30. addr6
  31. addr7
  32. postcode
  33. family

  39. From version 4.200, the output to merge file set up dialogue has  
  40. additional buttons labelled NAME SPACES, PREF NAME and ADD NAME
  41.  
  42. While Calligrapher has conditional merging, Papyrus does not. This means 
  43. that formatting spaces where the title and/or initials are going to be 
  44. used becomes problematic. To overcome this NameNet will, if the ADD NAME 
  45. SPACES button is selected, add a trailing space to the title and first 
  46. name and a leading space to the initials provided the relevant field is 
  47. not empty.

  49. The PERSONAL NAME button causes the preferred name field to be filled on a 
  50. conditional basis so that:

  52. if the field is not blank then there is no change
  53.  
  54. If the field is blank then
  55.         if there is a title this will be copied to here
  56.  
  57.                 if there is no title but there is text in the first name 
  58.                 fields then this will be copied here
  59. if the ADD NAME button is selected then the NAME filed is added, separated 
  60. by a space.
