  1. - Nuq (cvs 28/11/2001) for Atari, v0.3 14/01/2002

  3. This is a port of Nuq (Quake without network) available at
  4. http://www.quakeforge.net . It uses SDL for video, keyboard and mouse.
  5.  
  6. It needs 8 Mb of free memory. The non-FPU version runs on 68000 or higher,
  7. to be able to run on emulators. The FPU version needs a 68020 or higher.

  9. - Environment variables:

  11. Video:
  12. SDL_VIDEODRIVER=xbios (default) to force XBIOS usage
  13. SDL_VIDEODRIVER=gem to force GEM usage
  14.  
  15. vdi driver is disabled under a multitasking AES, to favor gem driver.
  16.  
  17. Keyboard:
  18. SDL_ATARI_EVENTSDRIVER=gemdos (default) to force GEMDOS usage
  19. SDL_ATARI_EVENTSDRIVER=bios to force BIOS usage
  20.  
  21. - Other necessary files, get them from the PC version:

  23. You must use the latest PC quake version (1.08). If you do not have it,
  24. use patches on PC to get the right version.
