  3.  GizmoTick v3.60 by GizmoSoft Productions.
  4.  The ultimative Tick-clone for the StarNet BBS-system.

  6.  Special features in StarTick v3.60:
  7.  
  8.  - Message function. Generates user-defined messages when files are
  9.    hatched/received.
  10.  
  11.  - Replace function. Removes older version of the same program when a new
  12.    one is received.
  13.  
  14.  - TickFix function. Works just like AreaFix for EchoMail, TickFix is just
  15.    used on FileEchoes instead. Includes password-check and security-levels.
  16.  
  17.  - Specify upto 10 alias' for the TickFix function.
  18.  
  19.  - HatchDoor. Use it on your system, so your CoSysop can add files while
  20.    he is online via modem.
  21.  
  22.  - Can execute script on incomming files, so it is possible for you to add
  23.    a commercial for your BBS in the file (The file.txt.displayme way)

  25.  - Can automatically add files to FREQ.CTL

  40.    You can decide yourself where GizmoTick should split the line. And it 
  41.    won't split the line in the middle of a word!

  43.  - Support of App/Application entries. This is usefull for people
  44.    designing new functions for Tick-processors.

  46.  - Support for SOURCE-entries in .TIC-files. This is used to specify
  47.    the fido-address of the creator of the program, if he/she doesn't have
  48.    the same fido-address as the place where the file was hatched.

  50.  Improvements in future revisions (mainly v4.00):

  52.  - Release. Specify day/time for when file should be accessable for
  53.    people. (I don't know how many Tick-programs that support this,
  54.    but GizmoTick v4.00 will!).

  56.  - Replace. Will be changed so it also can handle wildcards.

  58.  - Magic. Specify a MAGIC-name for the file if file-requested.
  59.  
  60.  - GizmoTick v4.00 will become more and more FSC-0028 compatible, so watch
  61.    out for the release!
