  4. This archive consists of the following files:

  6.     README.AMIGA     - this file
  7.     Ami-HyTelnet     - the unbound CanDo deck
  8.     Ami-HyTelnet.exe - the bound CanDo deck
  9.     custom           - how to customize the information in hytelnet
  10.     help             - hytelnet help screen
  11.     read.me          - some info on hytelnet
  12.     start            - the 'Welcome to Hytelnet' screen
  13.     whatis           - still more info on hytelnet

  15. Ami-HyTelnet is written using CanDo version 1.6 by INOVAtronics, Inc.
  16. The unbound deck can be loaded into CanDo to see how it works.  To
  17. run the unbound deck without CanDo, you need the freely distributable
  18. DeckBrowser program from INOVAtronics.  The bound deck (Ami-HyTelnet.exe)
  19. will run as is without the need for CanDo or DeckBrowser.

  21. The other files are replacements for the custom, help.txt, read.me,
  22. start.txt and whatis files from the PC version of hytelnet.

  24. Note:
  25.  
  26.     In order to use the Amiga version of Hytelnet you must have the
  27.     PC version.  The PC version is available via anonymous ftp from
  28.     access.usask.ca (128.233.3.1) in the /hytelnet/pc directory, in
  29.     the file hyteln50.zip.

  31.     You will need to use one of the unzip utilities for the Amiga or
  32.     PKAZIP to extract hyteln50.zip.

  35. To install the Amiga version:

  37.     First install the files from the PC version of Hytelnet on your
  38.     Amiga.  I suggest doing so in a subdirectory called "HyTelnet", but
  39.     this is completely your choice.  The archive will unpack about 1.5
  40.     megs of files, so floppy users are out of luck unless they want to
  41.     eliminate some of the files.  Then, unpack this archive.

  43.     If you unpack the Amiga files first, then the 'custom' and 'whatis'
  44.     files may be overwritten when you unpack the PC version.
  45.  
  46.     Please let me know if you have any problems with the Amiga version
  47.     of hytelnet.
