  3.                      -- IMPORTANT NOTICE --

  5. This program requires the file VBRUN300.DLL in your \windows\system
  6. directory.  This file is available from the Pretty Good Solitaire
  7. web site at http://www.goodsol.com, as well as many other places. 
  8. If you received this program on disk directly from the author, this
  9. file is included on the disk.  Otherwise, it is not included since
  10. it is readily available in so many places.

  13.                  -- INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS --

  15. Run the program SETUP.EXE.
  16.  
  17. NOTE: The program SETUP.EXE copies all of Pretty Good Solitaire's 
  18. necessary files to a directory of your choice and creates an icon
  19. for it.  If you don't wish to run the SETUP.EXE program, or if it fails
  20. for any reason, you can install Pretty Good Solitaire by simply 
  21. copying all the files to a directory and running the GOODSOL2.EXE file.
  22. The SETUP.EXE file is not necessary for installation, it is provided
  23. as a convenience only.

  25.                      -- RUNNING THE PROGRAM --
  26.  
  27. To run the games, run the file GOODSOL2.EXE.  To play a particular
  28. game, click on its name on the main screen.  To see the rules for
  29. a particular game, goto the help menu or press F1.  In most games,
  30. the cards can be moved by drag and drop.  Also, to quickly move a 
  31. card, try right-clicking on the card.  For a guide on how to use
  32. Pretty Good Solitaire, read the tips provided by the program at
  33. startup.

  38. This program is shareware.  Continued use of Pretty Good Solitaire 
  39. beyond a 30-day evaluation period requires registration.  Registration
  40. will bring you instructions on how to get rid of the registration
  41. reminder screens and other benefits (see the help file). To register,
  42. print out the registration form in the help file and send $19 (plus $3
  43. shipping if you want a disk) to:
